MBSR incorporates techniques such as meditation, gentle yoga and mind-body exercises to help people learn how to cope with stress. It gives people greater clarity on what is happening in their lives.

People have reported feeling more engaged in their work, more energized, less anxious, as well as sleep better and have fewer physical symptoms of stress, after attending an MBSR course.

October is a great month to set intentions, look inward, stop, reflect, and get clear about what we want to create, what our intentions are.

What do you want to focus on in the next 9-12 months? What are your priorities? Dreams? What do you need to give to yourself in order to thrive?

During three hours we practice Yoga with Dominika, we ground ourselves and wish ourselves well by practicing loving kindness meditation; we drop questions, reflect, set intentions.

Taking time for your self in a gift, time to be and connect to your intuition and inner self.
