Biodynamic Breathwork uses deep breathing to recharge the body, activating specific muscle tension belts and emotional patterns. The sessions are designed to stimulate and rebalance your mind and body from head to toe.

Biodynamic Breath will allow you to communicate intimately with yourself and others. You can feel the full range of emotions and sensations you can as a human being and celebrate life to the fullest.

MBSR incorporates techniques such as meditation, gentle yoga and mind-body exercises to help people learn how to cope with stress. It gives people greater clarity on what is happening in their lives.

People have reported feeling more engaged in their work, more energized, less anxious, as well as sleep better and have fewer physical symptoms of stress, after attending an MBSR course.
